EMBench++ allows users to define a new entity set by providing a sequence of attributes. This includes the name for each attribute as well as the source for its values. A source can be: (i) a (derived) column name from the repository, (ii) a small list of alternative values that the user includes in the configuration, (iii) an interval with a selected step, or (iv) a reference to another entity-set. Some entity set examples are listed in the following table.
